Kapa Haka Regionals 2026 is coming to MĀORI+ and Whakaata Māori.

From February through June, experience the mana, the mastery and the magic of kapa haka across 13 rohe, including Te Whenua Moemoea (Australia).

Coverage starts at 8.10AM Saturday 14 February with Tākitimu Te Kahu o Te Amorangi: Ngāti Kahungunu ki Tamatea Kapa Haka Whakataetae-ā-Rohe from Waipukurau.

For the 5,500 dedicated performers, the Regionals mark the culmination of countless hours of training, devotion and aroha poured into every waiata, every step, every pūkana.
